Project Overview

To develop an MVP (Minimum Viable Product) of a Website Platform that allows Businesses create a portfolio of their product range. They simply select from a list of available stores the locations that that would like to audit there range on shelf. Auditor/Merchandisers log in to see a list of available work to be carried out, they receive a simple mobile ready survey that allows them to produce a standardised report from the store location.


Store Products

Allowing the Business Owner to upload their Products to the platform and assign products across multiple Supermarket Stores.

Stores & Locations

The Admin controls what Supermarket Stores are available to be selected by Business Customers and the Locations of these Stores.

Reviewer Verification

Reviewer members verification & approval process involves Google Maps API location, uploading photos and Admin approval of tasks completed before being sent to the Business Customer from the Reviewer.

Reviewer Tasks

The Reviewer member process uses the mobile responsive version of their Dashboard to login and answer the questionaire / tasks required as set out by the Business customers while the reviewer is on the ground.

Reviewer Flexibility

Reviewer tasks can be set to pending, completed or half completed if not everything is correctly done. Reviewers get paid once their "jobs" is completed correctly.

Each Store for adding products has different price options for the Business Customer and Reviewers get a different price rate for each review successfully completed.

WebGL 3D Sets + eCommerce



Project Overview

Walk around the Virtual 3D Sets in your Browser and position the camera at the correct angle, adjust the visual Blooms, Contrasts & FX's and lock it in. You can now go to the checkout & pay, with a high resolution background of the 3D set rendered and sent to you. Browse the Store Categories to view other sets, top-up with a Credits System and view Invoices from orders.


No Framework Used

We built the WebGL system before WebGL Frameworks appeared and this was one of the first smooth movement WebGL experiences at that time where other examples were "jumpy" on movement of the camera.

Rendering by Unity3D

Once your 3D Set order was completed, the Web Platform would communicate to a 3rd party machine that ran Unity3D, loaded the correct 3D Scene & rendered out the full 4k High Resolution version.

Colors & FX's

Careful attention was paid to getting how the visual FX's & Colors looked in the WebGL version and matched to the same with the Unity3D Scene, this required extensive detail with Web & PC rendering.

Adding Logos

Customers could upload on the WebGL their own logo / images on selected background area's and when the High Resolution on Unity3D took place, we packaged this off to Unity to be included in the same positions!

Credits System

Customers could pay into the Credits Wallet by topping it up and then using the credits to buy the 3D Store Sets at checkout. We wrote the Credit System to be flexible with refunds, discounts on amounts & more.

eCommerce Store

The Store contained different levels of categories, search filters and the product page was the WebGL 3D Sets with overlay options to on names, prices, etc. Full shopping cart & checkout with invoices and payments.

Mobile Responsive

The website was also mobile responsive and applying the different states across Desktop, Laptop, Tablet & Mobile - including the WebGL 3D sets alongside the normal web platform parts. Touch controls allowed movement as well as keyboard/mouse.

Admin & Editing

Clean & simple template design, along with the drag & drop controls on the frontend to re-arrange layouts of pages (or pop-up's over the 3D Sets). Admin controls allowed easy access to adjust key settings of this website including the credits system.

Project Overview

Custom Website Builder Management System allowing the creation of One Page Websites with Input Wizard Details inputted by Agency Staff & Theme Selections. Using a vanilla version of BE Platform for the Website part. Built to handle 120,000 + Websites & Included an Automatic Website Scanner & Converter to being over this number of websites to the system within 1 day.


Website Creation

Pre-Made Templates with Block Holders to accept text & images from the Wizard. Agency Staff input Website Information into the Wizard, Select the Template to Use and push the Create Button, spinning up a new Website & inputted details placed into the new Website correctly.

Hosting Setup & Install

During the creation process, new subfolder or subdomain hosting account (as selected) is created in the backend, including database and automatic install of the CMS Platform & Template with Wizard custom data inserted.

Management & Editing

Staff can view a table list of all websites created, filter search results and directly edit content details (Business name, address, photos, etc) without actually going to the website itself. If required, the Staff member can edit on the Website & will be automatically logged in to it.

Create VM Instances

This SaaS Platform can spin up New Virtual Machines as needed from a cloned clean version & deploy a new Instance to add new Websites to it, along side the extra Hard Drives assigned to it. Cloud Environment completed for was Google Cloud but could be adjusted for AWS or Azure.

Remote Databases

Dedicated Database Machines stored the databases of the Websites Creation for redundancy & also backups. The system would list out all Remote Databases connected, important details and name each database to each website connected.

The SaaS Platform could directly manage the VM Instances, Edit/Change Details of an Instance, Automatically Detect New Instances, List all External Hard Drives, Remote Databases, IP's Assigned, Regions Assigned, & run all vital Cloud Structures connected.

Website Converting

Custom built script that would allow the scanning of 120,000 Websites based on Wordpress that could be automatically converted instantly (based on CPU / Memory Power & Bandwidth limits!), and correctly matching up Templates & Information back into the New Websites Created that replaces the old versions.

Bootstrap Templates

By using the the advantages found in the BE Framework, quickly building new Bootstrap Templates was easy and by applying special "Blocks" that will capture the Input Wizard information to correctly populate each website on creation. Saving time on designing to fit & allowing creative designs to be done.
